Shabbat on the Galilee
We went on the boat on Shabbat for a worship "cruise" before the sun went down.
It was a piece of eternity to be on the boat on Shabbat, Misha and Marty gave a "concert" of praise and worship songs. The wind was blowing. We broke bread together and shared in the Friday night Kiddush prayers. Even with the wind, everything was so calm as we were held in the hands of the hand of the Man from Galilee. I must say when the boat returned to shore, I hadn't even realized that the boat had been moving, it was so much like being suspended in time!!
(lyric from Sabbath Prayer song from Fiddler on the Roof)♬May God bless you and grant you long lives.
May the Lord fulfill our Sabbath prayer for you.
May God make you good mothers and wives.
May He send you husbands who will care for you.
May the Lord protect and defend you.
May the Lord preserve you from pain.
Favor them, Oh Lord, with happiness and peace.
Oh, hear our Sabbath prayer. Amen ♬
Shabbat shabbat Shabbat shabbat Shalom♡
Love, Shayndel
